Welcome to Inspire Healing. By accessing or using this website and any coaching services, programs, or resources offered, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with our services.

1. Coaching Relationship
​

  • Coaching is a professional partnership designed to help you gain clarity, self-awareness, and tools for transformation.

  • Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical advice. If you require medical, psychological, or legal assistance, please consult the appropriate licensed professional.

  • You are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results during and after coaching.

 
2. Payments & Refunds

  • All coaching sessions, packages, and programs must be paid in full before services begin (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

  • Refunds follow the Refund Policy outlined [link to your Refund Policy page].

 

3. Scheduling & Cancellations
​

  • Sessions must be scheduled in advance.

  • If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Missed sessions without notice will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

 

4. Confidentiality

​

  • All personal information shared during coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential.

  • Confidentiality may only be broken if required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).

 
5. Intellectual Property
​

  • All materials provided (worksheets, guides, PDFs, and digital resources) are the intellectual property of Inspire Healing.

  • They are for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without prior written permission.

 
6. Client Responsibility
​

  • You agree to be fully present, honest, and committed to your growth during the coaching process.

  • Results vary and depend on your willingness to engage and take action. No guarantees of specific outcomes are made.

 

7. Limitation of Liability
​

  • Inspire Healing and its coaches are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from coaching services.

  • You agree to release Inspire Healing from any claims or liabilities related to your participation.

 

8. Termination of Services

​

  • The client or the service provider may terminate the coaching relationship at any time by providing written notice.

  • The Refund Policy takes effect if the client terminates the services.

 

9. Website Use
​

  • This website may contain links to third-party resources. Inspire Healing is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of external sites.

  • You agree not to misuse this website or engage in unlawful activity while using it.

 

10. Governing Law
​

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario. 

  • Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with these laws.

11. Changes to Terms

​

  • Inspire Healing may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
